Journaling Coffee and Tea

I started these journal pages last month.  I am still working on filling my 115 year old art journal with a lot of different pages, inspiration and learned techniques.
My crafty bestie Paradise Lost and I have been having crafty playdates.  She is a mixed media artist and journaler.  I have been learning a lot, asking a lot and trying a lot with her awesome encouragement.  We both made pages using the same dies and make sure to check out how different they look.

I picked up the Cling Mount Foam Stamps when I was road trippin' to Kelowna BC just for these pages.

How cute did this turn out!

I used a variety of stencils  and distress inks to add texture to each cup.

ACK... Juila has the Paper Dolls lucky her!  We are always sharing supplies and she was nice enough to let me use some.

The pages are gesso with distress crayons and stenciling.  You can still see the words here and there.

Mmmm ready for a hot beverage.
