Well, hello there stranger!

You may notice some dust or cobwebs... do not be alarmed.  My blog gets very quiet in the summer.  Consider this the calm before the holiday storm.  When all the new dies and stamps start releasing and I am non stop playing!

You may have noticed there's no tag here.  There's nothing getting by you crafty peeps;)  There are so many summer birthday's so I decided to go crazy and make my tag into a card!  I did use a tag.  I just cut the top off.

Oh man I went nuts with the dies!  There were different size cutting pads, magnet plate and a well loved Vagabond.  Great way to use up some wee scraps!

Have you tried the Sizzix Leather Paper yet?  It's perfect to layer!  Here comes the remix with the stain, brayer and inking.

I cut a tag for the front and then made an "inside" distress piece too.  Ohhhh more leather paper with some inking and spritzing.  Yep, you can add water and heat to these.  Gotta love the Notebook Edging.

INK EVERYTHING!

OK, so sometimes my markers get a wee bit dry and don't want to Spritz.  I know... BOO!  That's OK.  Spritz a little water onto the craft sheet, scribble the nib and BAM... You're spritzing.

It's a tag layered onto a card.

Love the scraps, inking and spritzing.

There's that layered Handwritten Birthday using Sizzix Leather Paper.

A mirrored star and Hello Friend!

Check it out... just the right angle and SHAZAM... instant shine.

Lookie, I used the tiny attacher.  Is it a designer feature or am I fixing a mistake?  Hmmmm... you'll never break me.

ACK... don;t forget the inside.  Handwritten Celebration stamped, distressing and a Craft Glassine leafy bit.

Make a Wish

Tim's August Tag

As always it's fun to explore your creativity and expand.  Shhh... don't tell anyone I don't own the wildflower die that was used... YET!

OK you guys enjoy your weekend.  Thanks for not forgetting about me.
