Ornate Blossoms

I am guest blogger over at Emerald Creek Dares blog today for ANYTHING GOES!  EEK...I love Anything Goes!  Thanks for popping by and checking out my Fallen Blossom Tag.

I used the Ornate Frame die and coated it with Burnt Copper Embossing Powder.  Then I coloured over it with vintage photo distress crayon to fill in any gaps.  To get the tag ready I used gesso over the whole tag.

Once dry I used picked raspberry, twisted citron and vintage photo.  The gesso helps the distress crayons to spread.  Layer the  argyle stencil and a baby wipe.

Rub off the distress crayon through the stencil, edge with ground espresso then get ready to stamp.

I stamped with Archival Jet Black.  Then I stamped the small blossoms onto watercolor paper added a little picked raspberry, spreading it with the baby wipe.

I used the sentiment from Fallen blossom to stamp my ribbon.  Inking with distress paints spun sugar and picked raspberry distress paint.

The burnt copper ornate frame is perfect.

The small blossoms are popped up and coated in glossy accents.

I love the effect on the background!  Distress Crayons are the best!

I used picked raspberry and twisted citron distress crayons on the Fearless charm.  Then attached with with the tiny attacher and some jute.

I tucked a tattered pinecone tea rose on the top.  The stamped ribbon is a fun way to add sentiments.

A pretty spring Ornate Blossom tag
