Twist it Up

Put your hand up if you LOVE the new May Release of Ranger's Twisted Citron...ME, ME, ME.
Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge this week is all about channeling your inner green.

I was inspired to create a floral card.  I really should make more cards.
I started with my mesh stencil and twisted citron distress ink.  EEK, I love it.

I so love the Tiny Tattered Floral Thinlits die.  If you don't have this die you NEED it like my cat needs to wake me up at 5:00AM.

I added a cut from the Shape Strip die.  I wasn't to sure about this die but I have to say it's awesome!  If you like to layer like me then this is a perfect addition to your collection.

I love to crackle with clear rock candy distress on acetate and mini apothecary bottles.  This is such a fun technique.

Can I tell you a secret...I have ALL of the Handwritten Thinlits.  I love these dies and I use them on everything.  Layered over the mesh stencil with twisted citron and it just pops.

I created a simple knot and then fanned out the linen ribbon.

Pulling all the pieces together the card is full of layers and texture.  The Twisted Citron is the perfect burst of green.

Are you ready to share your Twisted Citron creation with us at Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge.  There's a chance to win a $50 Gift at  Simon Says Stamps too.  Not to mention I get to see it.

Hey, thanks for checking out my Twist it Up card.  My cat Flurry and I are thrilled you stopped by to say hi.
