Frame Upgrade

I am still working on freshening up my husbands office with updated photo's of our family.  He asked me to "do that thing you do" to the frames along with his DAD project I did the other day.  So, with a few Rub Ons and some tattered pinecone flowers I gave this cheap frame a much needed upgrade.

I think this looks much better. It occurred to me when I was printing photo's of my kids that he doesn't have a photo of him and I in his office.  Using the same photo I used for the Tatttered Pinecone, A Journey photo frame I printed off this in a larger 5x7.

If you recall I made a lot of tattered pinecone flowers the other day.

It was nice to have them already made.  Here I've grouped 7 of them.  Time to make more!

Helping to anchor the flowers I added some garden greenery painted with shabby shutters distress paint.

I used my new TH Rubs here and there.

The "noteworthy" wasn't supposed to be there.  As you can see "note" attached itself so I went with it.

I cut and distressed the mini film strip then added my 3 kids photo's.  I know the frame is supped to be us but they are us too!

Sprucing up this boring frame was easy and took no time at all.

Thank you everyone for stopping by and checking out my posts.  I have so enjoyed reading all your sweet comments!  I know you all want that sit stand desk from the DAD post, me too!

Another entery to the SSS Monday Challenge!

Oh and sometime today our family is expanding and I will be a Great Aunty!  So exciting!!!!  I'm sure there will be "baby" projects coming soon.
