Creative Chemistry 101 plus Tag Storage

At the start of the week all the Buzz was for Tim Holtz Creative Chemistry 102 Class (CC102).  What I did know was that I couldn't take CC102 without taking Creative Chemistry 101 (CC101).   Until that is, I went onto TH BLOG and saw that I could in fact take Creative Chemistry 101!  Are you kidding me...how did I not know this!  Feeling like a dumb ass I went ahead and registered.

Here's the thing.  I thought I knew a fair amount about Distress Techniques when in fact..."I KNOW NOTHING"  As I try to catch up to CC102 (which I won't) I thought I would share with you the tags I made this week during the CC101 Classes!

If you want to take these classes you must start and complete Creative Chemistry 101 before starting Creative Chemistry 102.

***Please note, I have blurred any of the info shared in the class out of respect for those people that teach it and have taken it:)***

Day 2: Distress Ink Intro
I'm pretty familiar with Distress Inks and I'm sure you are too.  At least you think you are...hmmm!

Day 3: Archival Ink Uses
Working with Alcohol isn't a favourite technique of mine.  With that said, I do still enjoy it.  And Tim shares a Killer Tip for Alcohol clean up.  How did I not know this!

Day 4: Re-Inkers and Maintenance
Huge fan of the first technique with my cool guy.  Tag #2..too much water and tag #3, well when you don't have all the goodies you improvise.

Day 5: Spray Inks and Stains (End of week One)
What can I say but WOW!  Great stuff here.  Look at those layers!

Day 6: Distress Markers ( I did week 2 in a day)
I don't own any Distress Markers, however I do own Stampin Up Markers.  I thought for not having TH Markers I still got it.  And I am very familiar with Marker Blending.

Day 7: Embossing Basics
Love, love, love this one.  Although I don't own any Distress Embossing Powder I did use what I have to keep up.  Can I just say the middle tag is an AMAZING Technique!  A future favourite:)

Day 8: Paint Primer
Oh all these tags are just so wicked to create.

Day 9: Perfect Pearls
I wish you could see how pearlized this set is.  I don't own Perfect Pearls, but I do have Pearl Ex.  Pearl Ex does NOT have a binding agent, so I had to set with hair spray.  This did not affect the out come...for me any way.

Day 10: Dimensional Mediums
HUGE fan of Rock Candy so this was a treat!

Creative Chemistry 101: Tag Storage
Being organized is all most as much fun as learning all these great techniques.  So, putting together the TH Worn Cover Book has been so fun.  This will help me use all the techniques in a quick reference guide.  I have another Book for Creative Chemistry 102.

Table of Contents:
I re-sized the Table of Contents to fit into my Tag die. It has it's own Tag Pocket (I ran out) at the front.

Dividing Techniques:
I have these hard plastic dividers left over from some old SU Boxes.  I simply punched them for the rings and added each Days label.

Visible Labels:
Each Tag sit's in it's own Pocket so when I look at the back I have my instructions on how to create each Tag.

 Keeping Organized:
I teach classes on these techniques so keeping organized for me is very helpful...and A-Type!

I have already signed up for Creative Chemistry 102!  I'm so excited to join in and play with such talent!  Thanks for taking a look:)
