Father's Day Pin Stripe Card

It's a Tag...it's a Card and it's a Pin Striped Suit!

A very Masculine card just in time for Father's Day.  The best part, this card has a very Vintage feel.  To achieve this tag turned card you'll need a #10 Tag folded in half.  Cut a piece of black soot distress paper to match the front of the folded tag.  I scored the black paper at 1/4" then sanded to create the pin stripe.  Be sure to line the stripes of the pocket to the stripes of the suit.  The pocket is hand cut and I used the Torn Notebook for the top of the pocket.

Fold the "Lapel" back to expose the "shirt", then simple stamp.  I stamped a compass stamp.

Add some brads and the swivel clip and attach to your clock.  You want that Pocket Watch feel.

I little strip of Film Strip Ribbon pops the pocket and tuck in your clock adhering with a glue dot.  Attach the pocket with the tiny attacher and then add a pen nib.

A simple card just in time for Father's Day.  I adore this Suit Card!  Check out Simon Says Challenge Blog and add your Father's Day project!

Hoping this inspires your Father's Day crafting.  This one is going to my guy for Father's Day;)
