12 Tags of 2015 Round Up

Welcome to my last post of the year!  I wanted to share all my 12 Tags of 2015 in one big round up.  This is my 4th year working on the 12 Tags series Tim creates and shares with everyone.  For the 3rd year I have managed to complete all the tags.  I sometimes wonder how I do.  I think the techniques lure me in!

I so appreciate all the hard work my fellow bloggers, artist and my favorite manufactures put in to sharing their work and products.  I love being a small grain of sand in this very large creative industry!

12 Days of Christmas- Day 12

WOOHOO...it's Day 12 of the 12 Days of Christmas!  It's also Christmas Eve!  Lets get to the last candy drawer box die ornament... or is it the last?

Sometimes even I can inspire me with this Holiday Trophy Antlers ornament... inspired by my own creation HERE.

The bleached wreath is awesome around the trophy antler deer.

It's hard not to ink him.

I added to the bottom this "Believe Script" metal charm and these awesome metal pine cone charms.

Mounted on the mini sheild, inked with ground espresso distress spray stain and added Iridescent Shimmer.  Perfect to catch the lights from the tree.

I believe...

SURPRISE... it's a bakers dozen and we have a bonus ornament!

Well, I may have had one more idea for an ornament.  So, why not make it.

I had plans to ink the letterpress but after I sanded them... why!  I wanted to see the wood grain, distressed paint finish and Iridescent Shimmer layered right over top.

There are some fallen pine cone charms in the corners.  They match the hues perfectly.

The mirrored star is inked with slate alcohol ink and tucked away in the corner.

I love this little glimpse of Santa from the Merriment paper pack.  All the paper used for the background is used from my scrap bin.

Well, I do hope you enjoyed my 12 Days of Christmas ornament collection.  I wanted to share my love of my Sizzix dies (by sticking with the mini ones) my Ranger goodies and experimenting with all these fun Custom Embossing Powders.  Not to mention my idea of a festive ornament (s) for the tree.

Thanks for joining me.  I hope it put you in the festive mood.

12 Days of Christmas- Day 11

Day 11 bring me "JOY" to share with you.  I have a serious love for these wee wooden letter press letters.

Look, in behind the JOY I cut "WINTER" from the holidays Script Thinlits.  This was the first ornament I made.

"JOY" fits perfectly in the candy drawer box die.

I inked the "joy" with bran door distress paint and while it was still wet coated it with Iridescent Shimmer.  I then coated the icicles border with soft fallen snow embossing powder.

Just look at these adorable movers and shapers mini holy.  With 2 coats of Yuletide embossing powder its a thick with"joy"ful color.

Isn't this one pretty...

I love the mini holly and red jingle on the top.

We are almost there... one more day!  Have you been following along?

If not, here are your linked up ornaments.  See you tomorrow...

12 Days of Christmas- Day 10

We are here at Day 10!  It feels like an advent calendar!  OK, I have a few favorites and this is one of them.  Come check out why.

MINI BRUSH BOTTLE TREES...that's why.

Look at all these trees, so colorful.

Not to mention the Mini movers and shapers tree.

For some added fun coated in embossing powder soft fallen snow, iridescent shimmer and yuletide.

Each tree is inked with distress sprays stains twisted citron, lucky clover and pine needles.

Keeping treed and simple with a soft blanket of cotton snow.

Brush bottle trees are one of my favorite findings to create with.  I love what they bring to any project.  I hope you're creating a stash too.

Follow along and looking forward to tomorrow!
