Welcome to my blog and the Simon Says Stamps Stamptember Blog Hop! I'm so thrilled you've made it this far! I know along the way you've seen some great projects ready to inspire your creative projects! The theme this week is USE A STAMP...
You should be arriving from Michelle's Blog! If you are you're right on track.
If not then you will need to go to the
Simon Says Stamp Store Blog to start from the beginning.
I was recently lucky enough to be apart of the Tim Holtz Exclusive Stamptember 2015 Stamp Set Release. I wasn't done creating and I had an idea involving the clock and Bird Crazy Stamp set and Thinlits.
Put up your hand if you love the
Ground Espresso... I decided to add a drop of reinker to the paste and mix.
Using the new Argyle Stencil I layered on this yummy ground espresso tinted texture paste.
I sprayed some mermaid lagoon and cracked pistachio distress spray stain the inked with some ground espresso distress ink.
The finished canvas.
I layered and inked some ephemera.
EEK...I just got my Bird Crazy Thinlits and WOW FUN! Look how "Beaker Featherflutter"clutches the clock.
He's even holding a bouquet from the Crazy Things set.
I inked these cute metal bunny charms with distress paint then distressed them. They go so well with all the clock elements.
I attached and arched the special delivery ephemera.
I cut up the sentiment that's attached to the clock, distressed, glued and accented with some ground espresso shadowing.
I layered a stamp from documented and added some elements of the the number rubs.
Let's see what you've got!
You must create a project using a rubber or clear stamp, no digi images allowed, add your creation to the linky AND hop around the designers blogs leaving comments along the way.
