Bloom's and Mini Mason

Are you ready for Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge Home Grown Challenge?  What's your idea of Home Grown...is it flowers, fruits, veggies or baking?  There's so much you can create with this weeks challenge.

I love these mini mason jars.  I can only tell you how hard it was not to crackle the glass.  With combining the Jumbo Tattered Pinecone and Tattetred Pinecone it starts to look like they are fresh plucked from the garden.

I wanted to create a market feel with these by adding the mini ticket.  I inked it with some walnut stain distress and the wood grain stencil.  The .5 cent stamp is a random one lying in the basket...alone.

I cut this garden green with grungepaper so it's leafy looking.  Then I coated it with twisted citron distress paint.  Sanding it makes it look grungy.

This wee star was begging to pop with some poppy field alcohol ink.

These mini mason jars beg for the Jumbo Pinecone roses.

I cut the jumbo pinecone roses with some Kraft Core paper allowing me to distress and sand.

The swivel clasps hardware is a great way to get some heavy metal in with all these delicate flowers.

Get ready to share your idea of Home Grown with  Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge and link it up.  We want to see!  There's always a chance to win $50 Simon Says Stamps gift with a random winner.

I always love sharing and when you stop in to share your thoughts.  If you can pick a flower off the screen you can have it.
