Matchbox Easter Treats

Whenever I run a class I always make a treat for the people attending!  Usually I bake but sometimes I craft for everyone.  These Matchbox Easter Treats turned out so cute I had to share.

I stayed with pastel colours in the spirit of the season.

With the left over card stock from the matchbox I made tattered pinecone flowers to match.

I used a scallop oval punch and layered some acetate for the top.

I glued down a patch of Spanish Moss and the flowers.

Each wee box is stuffed with 4 Lindor Eggs!  Oh my so yummy.

I made a few with these robins eggs too.  I thought they might be cute!

Here's the class I will be teaching, Birds of a Feather.  Where the attendees will get their Matchbox Easter Treats and make some fun cards.  There's a couple spots left!

It's going to be a fun class and I can't wait to hand these out.  OH... I didn't sneak one Lindor chocolate, not one!  I'm off sugar:(

  3. Your matchbox treat boxes are beautiful.
I bet you can make those pinecone flowers in your sleep now :)
Looks like an awesome class, plus they get a treat?! I'm surprised your class isn't filled up and more crafters knocking down the door to get in.
I am in awe that you are still off of sugar. I don't think I could do that.
