"Fun-Mare" Before Halloween Blog Hop

Mwhahahahaaaa...VELCOME, VELCOME, pull up a coffin and stay awhile!

Are you ready for another Halloween Blog Hop...you know I am.  I have emerged from my mad scientist dungeon and created some goulish delights for you.  But we need to make sure your haunt is headed in the right direction...please float over HERE to begin your decent into the darkness.  If you are creeping in from Melanie's creepy creation then you are in the right cemetary.  Velcome to my Crypt!

Let's start by SHAKING things up with this Shaker Card, Easel style.  Yep, I made my first shaker card.  Instead of glitter bits or bug guts I used crawly ants that squirm around when you shake this card.  This Wicked Witch is Lylah brand new from Tickled Pink Stamps.  I've been DYING to show her off but I had to wait for her to make her debut.  Click HERE to buy her and her Lil Haunts Creepy Friends.  The sentiment is a Scrappy Moms Stamps set, Haunting we will Go and as a part of thier DT I use them on most of my cards!  Click HERE to get your own set and check out what's coming out!  All the DP I am using you can shop for HERE at SCRAP HUT.  You can also pick up Scrappy Moms Stamps and My Pink Stamper Stamps when your shopping. 

The window is cut out at 4 1/2" with the Oct 31st cart, then I took out the center so you could see all of Lylah.  I doubled up on the dimensional strips, cut a piece of DP for behind Lylah and a piece of acetate for the front, added the plastic ants and SHAKE!

Project #2 Spooky Home Decor

Here's a quick, easy project that is fun to do with kids.  You'll need a fake pumpkin (Michaels), strips of gauze, glue, sponge brush and google eyes.  Dab a little glue on the gauze and layer, remembering to leave a little strip for the eyes. 

These small pumpkins are perfect for making mini Mummy Pumpkins.

My kids had a Halloween party and instead of goody bags the kids all made these to take home to haunt thier homes.  I used a hot glue gun and added the eyes.
